Trainer: Ryan Gillespie. Ryan is an ex-NCAA athlete in soccer. He knows his stuff and works on devising ever more torturous training sessions. All within a well-defined program. Hands down an amazing trainer. I think he has missed one day in 3 plus years — that is a lot of 6am classes.
